All products sold by Autotäht OÜ are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for 2 years.
Goods ordered by the customer are protected under the responsibility of Autotäht OÜ and its logistics partner during transport from the Autotäht OÜ warehouse until delivery to the customer. Autotäht OÜ ensures the replacement of tires or compensation of the product’s value in any case involving loss or damage to the shipment from the moment of dispatch until the goods are handed over at the address specified by the customer.
- The manufacturer’s warranty provided by Autotäht OÜ covers both material and manufacturing defects (arising from the manufacturing process).
- The warranty does not cover the following tire damages or incidents resulting from improper use:
- tires used beyond the tread wear limit
- tire damage caused by road conditions
- tire damage resulting from accidents (collision, fire, etc.)
- damage caused by improper use of tires (incorrect tire pressure, incorrect alignment, unbalanced wheels, defective shock absorbers, vehicle overload, use of chains, studding, racing, off-road use, etc.)
- repaired or retreaded tires
- deliberate damage to tires
- natural wear of tires
- The provider of the sales warranty is Autotäht OÜ.
- To claim the warranty, the applicant must submit a statement regarding the defective product, a copy of the purchase invoice, and bring them together with the defective product to the Autotäht OÜ office at Luha 34, Tallinn 10131, Estonia.
- A thorough inspection will be carried out on the defective product. If the inspection confirms a material or manufacturing defect, the tire will be repaired, replaced with a new one, or compensated financially. Autotäht OÜ mediates the repair, replacement, or compensation of the product between the manufacturer and the customer.
- If the applicant disagrees with the results of the inspection mediated by Autotäht OÜ, they have the right to submit the problematic product for an independent inspection. The independent inspection will take a maximum of 1 month. The costs of the independent inspection are borne by the warranty applicant.
In addition to the rights arising from the sales warranty, Autotäht OÜ customers also have the right to exercise other rights provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. According to the Law of Obligations Act, Autotäht OÜ is responsible for defects that appear in the product within two years from the date of delivery to the customer.
