The owner of the AUTOTAHT.EE online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) is OÜ Autotäht (reg. no. 14701864), located at Luha 34, Tallinn.
Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information
The terms of sale apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of products sold in the Online Store are indicated alongside the products. An additional fee for the delivery of goods will be added to the price.
The delivery fee depends on the delivery method. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the product.
Placing an Order
It is possible to purchase those Products from the e-store that have a “Add to Cart” or “Select” link. The price and availability of the Products may change at any time without prior notice.
To order products, the desired items must be added to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required data fields must be filled in and a suitable delivery method selected. The amount to be paid will then be displayed on the screen, which can be paid via bank link or another suitable payment solution.
The contract enters into force from the moment the payable amount is received in the Online Store’s bank account.
After the payment is made, the e-store will send the Buyer an Order Confirmation and invoice.
If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods due to the goods being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days from the date of notification.
Delivery
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia.
The cost of shipping is borne by the buyer, and the relevant price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the buyer within 2-5 business days from the entry into force of the sales contract.
In exceptional cases, goods may be delivered within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of Withdrawal
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-store within 14 days (except for custom-made goods).
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the ordered goods must not be used in any other way than is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, as would be allowed for testing the goods in a physical store.
If the goods have been used for purposes other than necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, or if there are signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable amount according to the decrease in the value of the goods.
To return the goods, a withdrawal statement must be submitted and sent to the e-mail address info@autotaht.ee no later than 14 days after receiving the goods.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is that the item to be returned does not correspond to the order (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The buyer must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement or provide proof that the goods have been handed over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the Online Store will refund to the buyer immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal statement, all payments received from the buyer under the contract.
The Online Store may refuse to make refunds until it has received the item that is the subject of the contract back or until the buyer has provided proof that the item has been returned, whichever occurs first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Online Store, the Online Store is not required to refund the cost that exceeds the cost associated with the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to withdraw from the sales transaction and demand the return of the goods from the buyer if the price of the goods in the Online Store was mistakenly marked significantly below the market price.
Right to Submit a Claim
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defect of the goods sold to the buyer that existed at the time of delivery and that becomes apparent within two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer. Within the first six months of delivery to the buyer, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. It is the obligation of the Online Store to rebut this presumption.
If a defect appears, the buyer has the right to contact the Online Store within two months by sending an e-mail to info@autotaht.ee.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that have occurred after the goods have been handed over to the buyer.
If the goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Online Store will refund all fees associated with the sales contract to the buyer.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in writing or in a form that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
The Online Store uses the personal data entered by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail address, banking details) only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store forwards personal data to payment and transport service providers as necessary for fulfilling the order correctly.
The Online Store sends newsletters and offers to the buyer’s e-mail address only if the buyer has expressed a wish to receive direct mail notifications by entering their e-mail address on the website and indicating their wish to receive such notifications.
The buyer can unsubscribe from offers and newsletters sent to their e-mail at any time by notifying us via e-mail or by following the instructions provided in the offer-containing e-mail.

If the buyer and the Online Store are unable to resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer may turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. The terms of procedure can be found and an application submitted here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from contracts concluded between the buyer and the Online Store. Reviewing the buyer’s complaint in the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union platform for resolving consumer disputes.
